With every attachment sold, The Coton Colors Company is proud to donate $9 for every Big Attachment and $6 for every Mini Attachment purchased to help kids like Poppy feel happy and empowered and to support individuals and families with Down Syndrome.

Poppy's Story

In April 2021, Poppy made her big debut into this world and shortly after, she was diagnosed with Down Syndrome. Her diagnosis caught everyone by surprise, and the Miller family immediately began their journey towards navigating a new life full of unknowns. Over the past two years of her life, Poppy has worked towards meeting ambitious developmental milestones through targeted therapies, and she has faced and overcome a handful of health setbacks... all with a smile on her face (well, except for her occasional "signature scowl" to let you know when she isn't happy!). What Poppy's parents soon realized is, while a Down Syndrome diagnoses can mean a variety of additional challenges and risks, it can also mean so much more than that.

As the saying goes, it takes a village to raise a child. As Missy started sharing her personal experiences with raising a daughter with Down Syndrome online via her Instagram page (@missymiller_), her village grew exponentially as she discovered a newfound community.

My goal is to showcase the beauty of Down Syndrome and what our lives actually look like, which is joyful without a measure of doubt.
